Frequently asked questions
What does "30 days of online assistance" actually include?
Starting the day of final delivery, you have 30 days to ping me with questions while the work is happening — by email or messaging — plus 2 follow-up video calls scheduled when you need them. Whether the contractor has a question, you spot a doubt during installation, or a small change comes up, I'm there to clarify and adjust.
What's the difference between DIMORA and OPERA?
DIMORA is fully online — every interaction happens via video, email, and shared files. OPERA is the same scope plus on-site presence: I do the survey in person, supervise the worksite, coordinate with contractors face to face, and can sign off on the project (firma progetti, optional add-on). DIMORA is for clients who like working remotely; OPERA is for clients who want me on site.
What if my home is over 200 m²?
For larger spaces request a custom quote: slide the calculator past 200 m² and the CTA will switch to "request a quote". Big projects often work better as in-person OPERA anyway.
Will my contractor accept these drawings?
Yes — drawings are produced to professional standards (DWG/PDF on request) with measurements, layers, and labels. Most contractors and geometras work with this format every day.
Does the price include VAT?
Yes — all prices shown include Spanish VAT (21%). The invoice you receive after payment shows the breakdown.
