1. Who we are

The services on this website are provided by Carmen Belardo, architect, NIE Y8749395W, c/o Asesoría Lofersa, Calle los Herrán 46B, 01003 Vitoria-Gasteiz (Álava), Spain — email info@spaziocarbe.com (see the Legal Notice).

2. Scope and acceptance

These terms govern the purchase of the design packages offered on spaziocarbe.com. By completing a purchase you accept them. The services are intended for adults (18+). Language versions are provided for convenience; in case of discrepancy, the English version prevails.

3. The services

For EVOLVE, FORMA and DIMORA the exact price depends on the surface involved and is shown by the calculator on each package page before payment. Homes above 200 m² are quoted individually.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in euros and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed by Stripe with the methods shown at checkout. OPERA is invoiced after the initial consultation. You will receive confirmation and the corresponding invoice by email.

5. Order process and kickoff

After purchase you receive a confirmation email and a kickoff questionnaire. The project starts when you have provided the requested materials (photos, measurements, existing plans where available, preferences). Delivery times run from the moment the complete materials are received.

6. ISPIRA upgrade credit

If within 30 days of receiving your ISPIRA brief you purchase a larger package, the amount paid for ISPIRA is credited as follows: €75 (50%) towards EVOLVE or FORMA; €150 (100%) towards DIMORA or OPERA. The credit can be used once and cannot be exchanged for cash.

7. Your obligations

You agree to provide accurate measurements, photos and information about the property, and to hold the necessary rights over it. Delays in providing materials or feedback extend delivery times accordingly. All measurements must be verified on site by you or your contractor before any purchase or works.

8. Delivery and revisions

Deliverables are digital and are sent by email or download link. Each package includes the revision rounds indicated above; additional revisions or changes of scope (for example a different room or a layout rethink after approval) are quoted separately. Renders are faithful illustrative representations: minor differences with reality (light, colour rendering, product availability and prices from third-party sellers) are inherent to the medium.

9. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, by writing to info@spaziocarbe.com (you may use the wording: "I hereby withdraw from my contract for [package], purchased on [date] — [name, email]").

By purchasing, you may expressly request that the service starts during the withdrawal period. In that case, if you later withdraw, you will pay for the part of the service already performed; if the service has been fully performed with your prior express consent and acknowledgment that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal, the right is extinguished (art. 103.a of the Spanish Consumer Act and art. 16.a of Directive 2011/83/EU).

Refunds are issued within 14 days using the original payment method.

10. Liability

Carmen Belardo provides professional design services with due diligence and professional care. She is not the builder and does not execute works: except for the supervision scope expressly included in OPERA, she is not responsible for the work of contractors, for the availability or prices of products listed in shopping lists (offered by third-party sellers), or for inaccuracies in the data you provide. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law; your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

11. Intellectual property

All designs, plans and renders remain the intellectual property of Carmen Belardo. Upon full payment you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the deliverables for the designated property — including sharing them with your contractors and suppliers. Resale or publication of the deliverables as your own work is not permitted. Carmen may showcase the project in her portfolio and social channels in anonymised form, unless you object in writing.

12. Complaints and disputes

If something is not right, write to info@spaziocarbe.com and we will try to solve it first. These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the mandatory protections of your country of residence and may bring proceedings before the courts of your domicile; out-of-court resolution through consumer arbitration bodies may also be available.

13. Changes

The terms in force at the time of your purchase apply to that purchase. Updates will be published on this page.
