What's the difference between FORMA and DIMORA?
FORMA gives you the technical foundation for a renovation: layouts, electrical, lighting — no rendering, no shopping list. DIMORA includes the same technical detail plus furniture plan, photoreal renders, curated shopping list, and 30 days of online assistance after delivery. Pick FORMA if you have a contractor and just need the plans; pick DIMORA if you want the full design experience.
What if my home is over 200 m²?
For larger projects request a custom quote — slide the calculator past 200 m² and the CTA switches to "request a quote".
Do the plans include structural calculations?
No: FORMA delivers architectural and installation drawings, not structural engineering. If your renovation involves load-bearing walls, your contractor will engage a structural engineer separately.
Will my contractor accept these drawings?
Yes — drawings are produced to professional standards (DWG/PDF on request) with measurements, layers, and labels. Most contractors and geometras work with this format every day.
Does the price include VAT?
Yes — all prices shown include Spanish VAT (21%). The invoice you receive after payment shows the breakdown.
